General Information If you hold a current amateur radio license and you were licensed as a ham at least 25 years ago, you are eligible to join QCWA. It is not necessary for you to have been continuously licensed as a ham for twenty-five years. You can join QCWA on January 1st of the year you are eligible. National QCWA Membership – New QCWA National Membership Application.pdf You must first be a member of the national QCWA organization before you join a local Chapter as a full Chapter member. To join the national QCWA organization, fill out the national QCWA application form and submit proof of the first year you were licensed. (Such as a copy of you first license, QSL card, or a log book entry) If you don't have proof, QCWA HQ has past "Callbooks" to verify the first year you were licensed. Mail the application, first year of license proof if you have it, and the fees to the address on the application form. Don’t forget to include the initial registration fee. Once approved, you will receive notification of your national membership acceptance, a membership number, and a national QCWA membership card. QCWA Blue Ridge Chapter 76 Membership – New QCWA Chapter 76 Membership Application.pdf If you are already a national QCWA member, you can join Chapter 76 by filling out the Blue Ridge Chapter 76 membership application form and mail it along with the $5 per year dues to the address on the application form. You will receive notification that you have been registered as a full Blue Ridge Chapter 76 member.
